Jimmy's Brother Steven brought down the house with his toast. He made everyone crack up laughing and cry as well. It was beautiful.
Poor guy (who caught the garter) was tricked into thinking he was putting this on bridesmaid Zoe (who caught the bouquet)'s leg.
He was a great sport about it. :)
